Registration

Deposits

The accepted payment methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. After a deposit is completed, it will normally appear in the player's balance shortly after.

• Deposits must be made only from the player's own bank account or their own mobile wallet.
• If a deposit is made using a third party's payment method, without verification of ownership, the deposit may be cancelled and the amount will not be refunded.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Standard processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours after the withdrawal request is confirmed.

• Players must complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same channel used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus is met — this is detailed in the bonus section.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance tied to that requirement will be forfeited, and only the deposit amount will be returned.
• mkmk77 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal while investigating any case suspected of being connected to money laundering.

mkmk77 reserves the right to restrict, temporarily suspend, or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances—

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Registration using false or misleading information
• Suspected money laundering or fraud
• More than one account found registered under the same identity
• Unauthorized attempts to interfere with the game software are found
• The platform is found to be used for illegal purposes

In cases where a balance is lost due to account closure, mkmk77 will decide at its own discretion whether to refund the amount after investigation, and that decision is final.
